What happens at Strictly Come Dancing Live?
Strictly Come Dancing Live takes the format of the BBC series and stages it in an arena. Celebrities and professional dancers perform ballroom and Latin routines with live music, in the costumes and staging fans know from television.
The judges
Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood sit on the panel, giving scores and comments after each routine. Janette Manrara hosts.
The vote
The biggest difference from the TV show is who decides. At the end of each performance, the audience votes by text for their favourite couple, and the result decides who lifts the Glitterball that night.

Nine cities, 29 shows
The 2027 tour opens at Birmingham's Utilita Arena on 22 January and visits Sheffield, Newcastle, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham before its London finale at The O2 from 12 to 14 February.
